Ashley transformed a post-modern framed mirror that she found at an estate sale into this fresh statement piece with her custom terrazzo inspired painting technique. While working on the surface treatment she discovered an artwork sandwiched between the mirror and the backing board. It’s a vintage (1980’s) floral print of irises on acrylic by Noah Jerome. The mirror and the vintage art piece are included with this custom frame.

Holographic paper is one of Ashley’s favorite materials. It’s visually striking and features a shimmering, iridescent surface capable of displaying a spectrum of colors. This transformative quality occurs as light interacts with the paper, causing it to shift and change hues when viewed from different angles. As you move around Ashley’s artwork, the colors shift, captivating your interest and drawing you back to it again and again. This dynamic material adds a sense of depth, movement, and a magical, almost ethereal quality to her creations.
