All orders ship within 1-2 days of an order being placed. Orders ship via USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground unless otherwise arranged. Kindly get in touch with us if you have a specific shipping request.

Standard shipping has an estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. *Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately to initiate a resolution.

Several of Ashley's original artworks are ONLY available for pick-up or local delivery. They are noted as such in their title and description.

Pick-up is in Clearwater, Florida 33764. Local delivery is within a 60 mile radius of the Tampa Bay area. Customers within the delivery area may select Local Delivery at checkout for a flat fee of $150.

After your purchase, Ashley will contact you to coordinate a convenient pick-up or delivery date and time.

We do our best to photograph and represent each artwork’s colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitors, devices, and display settings. Some materials—particularly holographic, metallic, and specialty papers—also shift with the light and may look a little different in person (often even better!).

Every material we use is chosen with great care. Because each piece is handmade and original, slight variations are natural. These details are not imperfections, but part of what makes your piece unique and full of character. Your happiness is important to us, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Each piece purchased with a value of $1,000+ will include a Certificate of Authenticity, serving as a formal document that verifies the authenticity and provenance of the piece of art.

Clean acrylic panels with a soft and dry lint-free cloth, or dish soap and water when needed. Do not use glass cleaner or spirits. Acrylic polishers are available on Amazon (Ashley likes the brand Novus), and can fix small scratches. Handle your frame with care and be careful not to scratch the plastic/acrylic with rough surfaces.
