"I finished this piece the day before the Los Angles fires started, and it hasn't felt right to share it yet. However, I think there is a lot of beauty to be found within in it, so holding off doesn't feel right either... As you can see in the images, the color palette is fresh and fun, while still mature, and the pops of holographic paper give it an extra dimension of color, which changes in different lighting and with varying vantage points." -Ashley
Holographic paper is one of Ashley’s most favorite materials. It’s visually striking and features a shimmering, iridescent surface capable of displaying a spectrum of colors.
